Before dealing with Prowash, I had been using 2 different brands of chemicals that I was not really happy with especially on the LaserWash. The chemicals were too harsh on the injectors causing me to change them every few months as the inside was getting eaten to quick. When I changed over to the Prowash chemicals I was getting longer life out of the parts and it cleans much better as my customers have noticed a significant difference. Extremely impressed with their service. On occasion I’ve sent some photos into Prowash. They knew exactly what I needed and it was sent out next working day.

When we looked to become involved in the car wash industry over ten years ago, we visited existing car washes everywhere we could, and asked the operators as many questions as we could. One thing we quickly noticed was that the busiest car washes all had a few things in common - they were professionally run by full time car wash specialists, they used SuperSat Soaps, and they purchased their equipment, spare parts, vending products together with their soaps from Prowash Australia.
We are now in our ninth year as car wash operators, and we continue to make virtually all our car wash purchases from Prowash. Our customers have seen the long term reliability of the M5 Laserwash touch free automatic - we have not had a single moment since Black Saturday in 2009 (power outages) where they have not been able to drive in and receive their car wash ( automatic and self serve ). This has occurred because of the high quality design from PDQ, and because of the consistent availability of soaps, spare parts, technical support (including weekends), on-site service and prompt accurate delivery from Prowash.
The support for the "high tech" equipment including modems, credit card facilities, SMS messaging and Smart Phone applications has been outstanding - making this technology easily available for the benefit of "old school" operators like us.
Recently, our purchasing has been made even easier - we can use our iPad to use the Prowash Online Shop to order everything from soaps to spare bolts - almost all items are included. The "My Favourites" section makes ordering really simple, as basically we are ordering the same items again and again. Another feature is the Online Shop's ability to highlight a special price that may be current and replace the normal price with this special price - even if I didn't realise it was on special.
Looking up prices has never been easier, as every item has a picture to help those like me who can't remember all the part numbers. I can even look up items or check prices on the iPhone wherever I am. When an order is shipped, an email is sent to let me know where it's up to. Even a person like me who rarely sits in front of a computer can now receive the benefits of this new technology, and not be taken away from the onsite job of running a car wash.
Prowash also include many monthly specials which allow us to take advantage of the savings on offer. Featured products are regularly updated which we find are helpful reminders to check our stock levels on items that are not dealt with except on rare occasions. As web site stores go, this is first class and easy to use.
We are more than satisfied with Prowash, and will continue to choose Prowash as our "one stop shop" for many years to come.
From my personal experience with Prowash, I have always been happy with the service that the Customer Service Team, the Warehouse Guys and the Service Department always provide me; it's truly second to none. The Service Techs always supply great information too. The delivery service is exceptional as well.
Since Sandy installed a full Supersat system at our Carwash in Crib Point, I have noticed some major changes.
Firstly the low level of maintenance required for the Supersat system. The concentrates last a long time and the Supersat solution HPH system is very easy to check and keep at the required level. Since the system was installed I have carried out the simple titration tests and found the system to be performing at the same levels as the day it was installed requiring no adjustments.
Secondly, the comments from our customers are great.Comments like “The soap smells great”, and “I drive passed 2 other carwashes to come to your because the soap works so well.” Also we use Supersat in our Touchfree Automatic and the results are second to none. We tried several other brands but none cleaned and smelt as good as Supersat.
Overall, I am very happy with the decision to change to Supersat. My only regret is I wish we did it years ago.

I have been dealing with Prowash for eight years, (Squeekies over twelve years) and I have found them to be an excellent company to be associated with.
Their Customer Service has to be the best I have experienced, over my almost twenty years employment, in the Australian Carwash Industry. All of their Staff understand that if any of the equipment is "out of service" then it's important that they do their utmost to get it "up and running" again. Prowash is always training their Technical Service Staff so that they are "kept up to date" with the ongoing improvements to plant and equipment. Also their Tech Staff are not afraid to come up with "smarter and less costly ways" to reduce Service Calls or their On Site times. Now-a-days there are so many different brands and types of Carwash Equipment available to Carwash Operators' including some that are less expensive than plant installed or products supplied by Prowash but I can assure you that when it comes to "customer satisfaction" Prowash is well ahead of others in the Carwash Industry. Further to this by purchasing Prowash Equipment and Products the running costs are inexpensive and profitable.

During the last 5 plus years where I have serviced Car Washes in the West Gippsland area I have been able to rely on Prowash in two very important areas and they are. Supply of parts and back up knowledge when required.
While I have been working and servicing electric motors, pumps and automated control equipment for over 25 years there were some aspects of Car Wash equipment I required assistance with. I found the technical staff at Prowash most helpful in the early years working on car wash plants and equipment with their knowledge and preparedness to explain things most beneficial. In all the years I have been working in the field I would rate Prowash very highly in both the supply of parts promptly and the technical back up when required.

Since the installation of the SuperSat System at Waterways Carwash we have had extremely positive feed back from our customers using the self bays and the automatics. By comparison to the older system the SuperSat System provides a far superior end result with significant chemical cost savings to our company. We can’t wait to use the balance of our old chemicals on hand to convert our last automatic to the SuperSat System and to save and provide a better wash for our customers.
