Item/s returned without a Returned Goods Authority (RGA) number, will not be actioned.

If you need to return an item to Prowash please provide as much information in the fields below and a Prowash Customer Service team member will contact you. By completing the form below you are not automatically issued with an RGA, this is simply lodgement of your request to return an item.


PROWASH RETURN POLICY

To ensure that your returned goods are processed in a timely manner and all approved credits are issued accurately, please follow the steps listed below:

What you need to do

  1. Contact the Prowash Customer Service team on 03 8340 3222 and advise them on the item you wish to return.
  2. You will be required to provide the following details: quantity, part number, invoice number and a reason for return for each item
  3. Prowash Customer Service will complete a Return Goods Authority (RGA) and you will be issued with the unique RGA number which is valid for 14 days.
  4. You will be required to quote this number on the goods being returned.
  5. Ship back to:

Transport Charges

Transport charges are the responsibility of the customer, except where Prowash assumes responsibility for the return. When returning goods to Prowash, it is the sender’s responsibility to package the goods correctly to prevent damages during transit. Any item lost or damaged during transit are the sender’s responsibility and a credit is not guaranteed.

When the Goods arrive at Prowash

  • Once Prowash receives the goods, we will match your unique RGA number to your invoice which the goods were purchased. The goods will then be assessed by our Service Department and at this time we may contact you for further information regarding your reason for return.
  • Goods that have been returned due to the incorrect item sent or the incorrect quantity sent, a credit will be issued upon Prowash receiving the goods in the original packaging and unused.
  • Goods that have been ordered incorrectly and returned unused in their original packaging a credit may be issued. Please be aware that you may incur a 20% restocking fee in this case.
  • Goods that are returned and that are deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, a credit will be issued.
