The DuBois service team comprises a group of highly skilled car wash technicians, readily accessible to provide phone support and assistance with after-hours breakdown calls. Additionally, they offer their expertise nationwide, visiting car wash sites to conduct breakdown servicing and, equally essential, preventative maintenance.

When not out in the field, the team dedicates their efforts to managing in-house repairs and conducting rigorous testing. They are responsible for handling production orders related to the DuBois line of equipment and overseeing the implementation of new equipment upgrades. This multifaceted approach ensures that DuBois customers receive top-notch service and support for their car wash operations.
