The sales team is made up of two dedicated and skilled teams. The  Customer Service team for all your ordering needs and related enquiries and the Business Development team to offer on-site assistance with soap cost calculations, soap set up and installation for new and existing customers, parts and product enquiries and start up training for new car wash owners. If you need help with anything, you can talk to our friendly sales team.  They will offer you expert advice together with superior customer service.

Jennifer Walters leads the customer service team and has done so since March 2024. Jen brings many years of customer service experience. Her focus at DuBois is to ensure every customer receives exceptional customer service whether it be while placing an order, enquiring on stock or chasing an order and its whereabouts.

The business development team is currently driven by Vito Barbieri, Sandy Macdonald, David Politino, Naomi Gilbert and Daniel North. With over 70 years combined experience in the industry they ensure we provide superior products and services to our customers that is second to none.
