HPH PLUS is our newest formulation of Alkaline Powder for use with the Blendco SuperSat tank. With improved performance, higher titrations, and reduced strain on the system, it sets a new benchmark.
It is important to note this new formulation comes with updated guidelines for operators, see below. This information will assist you in ensuring the powder is filled and maintained correctly for optimum results and superior cleaning in your carwash bays.
HPH PLUS Powder can be run at a low level in the tank with no need to have more than a few inches in the bottom. Our recommended maximum fill level is just above the Add Powder line.
Always wait until the powder level drops below the “add powder” sticker before adding any powder. It is best to have the powder level no higher than 5 cm or so above this sticker.
Handy Hint: Instead of focusing on how high the powder level should be, think about how low you can let it drop. Allow the powder to reach at least the Add Powder line before topping up, and then add only one box at a time.
How to empty bags into your SuperSat tank
When checking levels:
Avoid using sticks or tools to measure powder depth. These only show where the packed powder has settled, and do not account for powder still in suspension. An overfilled tank may still have powder in suspension even if the packed level appears low. Always rely on the visible powder line as your guide.
⚠️ Do not stir the powder manually this can disrupt the balance of ingredients.
Note: A hard crust may form at the bottom of the SuperSat unit. This is normal, and the powder will still dissolve and titrate correctly.
We encourage you to please contact DuBois or your local distributor for guidance if you’re ever in doubt. We’re also happy to arrange a site visit to explain the SuperSat tank process to you and your team.

Image 2: when checked with a stick has about 5” of powder cake on the bottom, however, so much extra powder has been added that it has not settled and is holding up in suspension.
