Here at Prowash we make every attempt to stock and provide as many parts and products as possible to keep your car wash running efficiently and profitable. Our sales and service team is available from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday to help with any counter sales, product queries, process orders or guide you through the online shop. Quoting your personal account number will enable the customer service team to readily access your information.

Being prepared with as much product information as possible prior to ordering will assist in making the ordering process swift and smooth. When you place an order with Prowash, providing a part number is the ideal way to get just what you want and need. At any time you’re not quite sure of our part number we can search our system and your previous order history to ensure the correct item is supplied. We can also cross reference using the manufacturer’s part numbers as well. Just give us a call with as much information as you can and we will see if it is something we stock or if it’s something we can order for you. 

We stock thousands of products but at times our stock can run low. If you have any questions about spare parts or products please call Prowash during business hours on (03) 8340 3200 and speak to a sales representative. Our friendly technical staff are also available to assist with any car wash queries or to interpret those tricky parts you need for your equipment.
