Solenoid valves play a critical role in nearly all types of car wash equipment. A normally closed (NC) valve is the most commonly used solenoid in a car wash. They are used to allow soap and wax to be metered into your high pressure pump, as well as controlling all your low pressure functions such as foam brush, tyre cleaner and presoak to be delivered to the car wash bay

Direct acting valves - With direct acting valves, the stem and plunger assembly opens the port of the valve directly and requires no minimum pressure to operate
