Checking in with Prowash


Need a part or product and can’t find it?

Prowash stocks everything for the popular self serve and automatic equipment, vacuums, note changers, pumps and motors, even down to the smallest spare parts for a large range of car wash equipment brands. We have vending machines and vending supplies, lighting, signs for advertising and so much more. Even with the extensive range of items we have in our online shop, our list is constantly expanding.
At times you may need something and cannot find it online. Sometimes a verbal description is not always enough for us to know what you need. Below is a list of info that can assist our customer service team find exactly what you’re looking for and if we do not have it, we will try our best to get it for you:

  1. Part number - this could be the Prowash part number or manufacturers part number
  2. Manufacturer name
  3. Full description (what is it, where is it used, colour, material  etc.)
  4. Voltage
  5. Size

If you can’t find any information after having checked the issue and going through the Pictorial Parts Manual or looking up the part itself, you may need to take a picture and send it to Customer Service at sales@prowash.com.au.

The more information you can provide, the greater chance of us being able to provide you with what you are looking for.

Quick Tips & Handy Hints

A step by step guide to make ordering, searching for your parts and freight easier:

  1. Have your account number by your phone or computer to quote when you place orders.
    • This makes it not only easy for us to find your account details but easy for you to order.
  2. Use the search button on the online shop
    • This is a great tool to use when you are not sure which category to look under for a specific item. By typing in a keyword e.g . Hose, all the options will then come up, to make finding your part a lot easier.
  3. Tracking your order - It's easy to track your parcel with TNT and Toll/Victorian Express Online as we provide the connote number on all your invoices
    • Simply go onto the freight company website or call their direct number to see where and when your goods will arrive
