complies with the National Principles set out under the
Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988, concerning the protection of
your personal information. By accessing and using this web
site, you hereby agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Set out below is information that Prowash is required to
communicate to it’s customers. Prowash recommends that you

Your personal information
Personal information held by Prowash may include your name, current
and previous addresses, telephone/mobile phone number, fax number,
email address, and your credit card details. Prowash also holds
details of your Prowash services (including their status).
If you choose not to provide certain personal information, Prowash
may not be able to provide you with the services you require, or
the level of service on which Prowash prides itself.
Occasionally,
you may need to provide personal information about other
individuals to Prowash (e.g. about your authorised
representatives). If so, Prowash relies on you to inform those
individuals that you are providing their personal information to
Prowash and to advise them that Prowash can be contacted for

In order to deliver the services you require, Prowash may disclose
your personal information to organisations outside of Prowash. Your
personal information is disclosed to these organisations only in
relation to Prowash providing its services to you. These

Prowash's

Prowash provides products and services via its web site. When you
visit Prowash's website, its web servers record anonymous
information such as the time, date and URL of the request. This
information assists Prowash to improve the structure of its web
sites and monitor their performance.
