If you are considering setting up your own car wash facility,
you simply can’t go past Prowash. While we don’t actually
build the car wash itself, we do virtually everything else. We
sell, install and maintain both self
serve and automatic
car wash equipment, supply all your car wash product needs, and
provide on-site training as well as a complete back-up
service.
All over Australia, new car wash facilities are being
established and, interestingly, no two are the same. The design
concept is entirely up to you and your architect or draftsman –
whether you choose to incorporate from 2 – 6 self serve bays
(including one or even two automatic bays), vacuum and detailing
bays, vending machines, or even a dogwash. With almost 10
years experience in the industry, we’ve gained a great deal of
knowledge about car washes and can confidently stand behind our own
self serve equipment and the Laserwash® Touchfree Automatic from PDQ Manufacturing, Inc.
Before you start planning your own car wash facility, we
recommend that you become a car wash customer yourself and try out
what’s on offer out there in the suburbs and country towns.
First-hand experience of the products and services available will
help you see the value in investing in the sort of quality that
Prowash can provide – and guarantee.
When you have a concept in mind, you will need to engage the
services of an architect or draftsman to create your custom design
plans, as well as a builder and the appropriate trades’ people to
construct the car wash. As soon as building is underway, a
Prowash representative will be available to attend site meetings
and liaise with builders, plumbers and electricians where
necessary. We pride ourselves on the professionalism of our
installations and, moreover, we believe that if a piece of
equipment is correctly installed, the cost to the owner is
significantly reduced. Our installation crew are fully trained and
equipped to do the best job possible for our
clients.
Once the car wash is completed, Prowash provide you with on-site
training so that you can become totally familiar with your new car
wash equipment. We also offer phone support for
troubleshooting any problems, should they occur. In most instances,
this avoids the cost of sending a technician. We also
have extensive delivery resources so we can usually get a product
or spare part to you on the same day - or over night.
Your car wash equipment needs to be maintained in the same way a
new car does, so regular preventative maintenance carried out by a
Prowash service technician will ensure the smooth running of your
equipment. We recommend this is carried out every 6 months,
but it is normally determined by how busy your facility
is. We also provide you with a guide to suggested
maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) for your self serve
and/or Laserwash so that you can perform basic maintenance on site
yourself.
