Q: Can you give me per bay pricing so I can consider a car
wash facility as an investment?
A: Please feel free to give us a call on (03) 8340 3200 or
contact us via
email to further discuss your ideas on establishing a car
wash. We can provide you with pricing figures to assist you
in making an informed decision.
Q: Will Prowash service the equipment and how often should it
be serviced?
A: Prowash have a dedicated service team that prides itself on
giving the best possible service and support in the industry.
We travel Australia wide to service the equipment we have supplied
and installed, to ensure everything is operating at its optimum.
Apart from daily, weekly and monthly maintenance you can carry out
yourself, we recommend preventative maintenance is carried out by
the Prowash service team every 6 months. The frequency of
this maintenance may alter depending on how busy your site
is. If you have a Laserwash® Touchfree Automatic on
your site, this may also require more frequent servicing.
Q: Does the equipment come with a warranty?
A: Yes, the equipment does come with a warranty. Once we have
received a deposit for the purchase of your equipment, you will be
issued with a Purchase Agreement document that will further outline
the warranty conditions.
